The staff have been amazing; from the time I came to see if the accommodation was suitable, through to several conversations regarding allocating rooms, early check-ins and late check-outs!
Every person I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to accommodate us.
Once at the hotel we were all treated to the same excellent service.
The rooms have everything you need and food in the restaurant is excellent.
The Crown Lodge will definitely be our first choice.
