The Crown Lodge Hotel has three Conference Venues, that consist of private function rooms available for hire, all of which are spacious with modern, comfortable decor, and all provide an ideal venue for meetings, conferences and networking events.

Conference Room and Facility Hire

The conference rooms have been specifically designed by The Crown Lodge to ensure maximum privacy during your meetings by providing acoustic panelling, which muffles sound in and out of the conference room.

The Crown Lodge Hotel is ideally situated on the Cambridgeshire – Norfolk border and is only a few miles from the A47, the main road running across East Anglia, allowing quick and easy access for businesses in the surrounding areas including Downham Market, Ely, King’s Lynn, Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon and Thetford.

Our events team are also able to organise full catering for your event, and with capacity in excess of 150 guests, The Crown Lodge can prove to be an attractive venue for your conference. Two and three course set menus are offered to guests, and we can work with you to create a custom menu for your event, and our team of chefs invite your ideas to create the perfect menu.
