Terms
To confirm your booking we will require confirmation of these terms signed by yourself (the organiser) and a deposit of 40% of the total booking eight months in advance of the booked date.

The balance of 60% to be paid eight (8) weeks prior to the date of the function.

For functions of 50 or more involving discos/entertainment in the evenings an additional deposit of £250 will need to be paid with the second payment. This deposit is in lieu of any damage incurred through wilful or unacceptable behaviour and will be refunded in full should none occur within 7 days of the function. All functions will be strictly non-smoking except in the garden areas.

In the event of cancellation, six months or more notice will entitle a refund of 80% of your initial 40% payment. Less than six months will be at the sole discretion of management.

The bar will be open until 12 midnight but management reserve the right to close earlier or refuse any individuals who they consider not to be in a fit state.

Children must at all times be the responsibility of parents and remain under supervision

All prices are based on current market circumstances and are subject to variation should conditions change.
